  We had the pleasure of working with Grant to sell our starter home and purchase a home that will suit the needs (and wants) of our growing family for decades to come!
  
  Over the last two years, It's no secret that the housing market has experienced some incredible highs and lows. We started our search with Grant in early 2021. After testing the waters and losing several offers to cash buyers with deep pockets, we decided to wait for the market to cool before attempting to upsize. Grant was extremely patient and understanding with us throughout the process.
  
  Once we decided to resume our search (June of 2022), Grant was able to have professional photos taken and list our home inside of a few days. Once listed, he had us under contract at asking price within 48 hours of listing (a true sign of a market expert)!
  
  Once under contract, Grant spared no effort to help us find the perfect house. He then navigated the offering process quickly and professionally. We finally won the offer on a house that was far nicer than we had hoped to find in our price range. Grant always responded graciously to our endless stream of questions about the process. We couldn't have asked for a better home buying and selling partner!

  Grant has helped us 3 times now during the process of buying and selling homes and land. He has always kept us informed with what was happening and making adjustments so the properies would sell faster than we expected. He also gives honest advice on what will help or hurt in selling homes. He saved us a bunch of time and money because we thought we would need to do more work than what was necessary. If you are buying or selling ask him to help you with the process, you won't be disappointed.

  5 stars are not enough for Grant and the folks at Broadstone! My family and I have worked with Grant a few times over the past 10 years and we are glad we did! Grant truly is the best in the business and makes sure his clients are well prepared on what to expect throughout the entire process. One of the many things that impressed us the most is the responsiveness we have always received. Any questions we had were always answered promptly with good recommendations and direction.   Grant is knowledgeable, friendly, and very proactive. In our instance, we have a 42' motorhome which we would like to store at our home. He had to change the search criteria a couple of times to get the result we needed as most places allowing a RV couldn't accommodate a big motorhome. It didn't matter what question(s) we sent to Grant, he would respond very quickly and with accurate knowledge at hand. He was able to effectively communicate the complexities of our offer(s) so that there was no confusion as to where the responsibilities lay (Buyer vs. Seller), and ultimately was able to reign-in the details to get us under contract. Outstanding, hard working, and personable professional. Would recommend him to anyone about buying a home!
