  When I became a mom, it was one of the most isolating times of my life. I went in search or community, and I found Fit4Mom. My life changed with my first class!
  It can be hard to make friends as an adult, but this community is so welcoming and friendly, that it seems like a breeze. The classes give you plenty of time to chat while you're working out, playdates, crafts, and storytime for your little ones, and also Mom's Nights Out where you can come and enjoy some adult time with friends.
  Everyone is welcome and everyone will have a great time.

  I have been going to Fit4mom for over a year now and have enjoyed every minute of it. I was nervous in the beginning since my son was barely 5 months old so I didn’t know how he would be in a stroller while I worked out, but the instructors are great at entertaining the little ones. And all the moms are very welcoming and supportive. They also have playdate/activities for the kids after class!

  I’ve been going to Fit4Mom for 3 months and have enjoyed every class I’ve been to. I put off trying it out for a couple months and I wish I had gone sooner. The instructors are so supportive and meet you where you are on your fitness journey, and the other moms are very welcoming and encouraging. I love watching my son play with other babies his age while I get to build lasting friendships with the other moms.

  I started with Fit4mom when my son was 5 months and it was the best decision I made. The group is so awesome. Not only do you get to workout, you get to have socialize with other moms who have kids all different ages. Moms night out are so nice to escape and enjoy an evening with each other without the kiddos. The group is so welcoming from day one they make you feel like you have been there forever. I can honestly say I have made so many life long friends. Everyone is there to support each other as well!

  Fit4mom is awesome for moms & kids. It gives us all a great start to our day by allowing us to get in some sunshine and exercise. We love the workouts, playdates, and community that help make up this awesome group. Everyone is so welcoming and the workouts are great for all fitness levels. My only regret is that I did not sign up for this group sooner!
