Good morning Dr Bickel. My wisdom tooth stopped hurting from the moment you injected the anesthetic. Even after the pain-killer wore off, there was no pain from the root canal at all. I didn't have to take any more medicine. It was amazing! Thank you very much. And thanks for following up. Very thoughtful.

Dr. Brian R. Bickel (and the dental assistant--I'm sorry I'm blanking on her name--she was awesome!) stayed late on the Friday for an emergency root canal. I was in so much pain, and they were so kind and calming. I had absolutely no pain during the procedure, and I was easily able to drive myself home. Although I live in Austin, I would take the hike up to Georgetown again in a second if I ever need another root canal!

You and your assistant were very knowledgeable, careful and precise yet working efficiently so I did not have to have my mouth open too long. Not once did I have any pain but Dr. Bickle and Yvette were politely asking. That was the most painless dental procedure ever experienced. It was so painless that I did not need and tylenol or ibuprofen later. Thank you for even providing me withhand signals if I needed to sneeze. Dr. Bickel ensured I was comfortable through the entire process. Had to get root canal on a bridge. I was afraid and so nervous of the numbing shot and the pain that creates. When I tell you he has this technique he does to where you do not feel the injection!!! This made my experience pain free. I am beyond pleased my dentist recommended me to him. His staff is also very pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Bickel. His care, friendliness, and professionalism is very very hard to find. Wish he could be my general dentist.
