(July 16, 2022, 9:30 pm)Had to call 911 to have a family member taken to the hospital. The EMS team was amazing they helped to calm the patient and reassured her everything would be okay. The man man's name was Josh and he was an angel. Very please with the compassion and care that was received.

Apparently most EMS providers are not in network with insurance! Perhaps billing needs improvement, but the paramedics that were on call that day my son had an emergency, were top notch! Their training and composure in what was a very difficult situation was outstanding!
Outrageous billing! Apparently it's out of network with my insurance plan. I was told when calling 911 to send an in network EMS! HUH! I am supposed to have a conversation about this when having a TRUE MEDICAL EMERGENCY??? How would 911 operators possibly know this information!
