  From the polite and easy phone scheduling, to being greeted in the lobby by kind,smiling faces to having a work-in, same day appointment for a overly rambunctious 2-month-old puppy in need of some vet care.
  
  Great service all around!
  
  The vet tech was incredibly kind and the doctor was top-notch! Both did a great job of explaining every step of the process of treatment and making sure that we went home with a great understanding of at-home care.
  
  Super clean facility and truly loving and caring staff.
  
  My fur babies have a forever home with Daylily Animal Hospital!

  Not only was I immediately taken care of when I called and walked in, but I was out within an hour. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They explained everything my pet needed to me and helped me with decisions I needed to make for their care. They gave me their professional and personal opinions on which direction I should take. They communicated everything they were doing very clearly and also were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. I am extremely satisfied with how professional and knowledgeable the staff and veterinarian was, and if I need to go to another animal hospital ever again, I will be sure to call them first. Highly recommend!

  We picked up our puppy January 1st and they have taken care of her very well. Every visit has been full of information, they care about our pet, prices are very reasonable, and they are very accommodating for emergency visits. We just did her spay and the doctor was very helpful by answering all of our questions. The follow up call is a nice touch after any procedure. We are a week out from the surgery and doing our best to keep our little girl from being there overly active since she is feeling so well.

  I'm updating to add that the doctor and her staff has called twice more since the initial follow-ups, even though my dog required surgery at specialist hospital, just to check on us and see if there was anything they could help with. That's pretty amazing service!
  
  I had an emergency with one of my dogs and had called around to several vets that were unable to see us. Daylily got us in and took my info over the phone while I was on my way in to speed up the process. The time for walk-in waiting was less than they estimated on the phone, which I was incredibly thankful for but I would have waited even if it had been longer. Everyone we encountered was kind and compassionate. The vet and techs quickly assessed my dog and put her comfort as a top priority, electing to give pain meds and sedation to not put too much stress on her. I was promptly given a written estimate before work was performed and was communicated with the entire time, which I greatly appreciated since my dog means the world to me and I want the best care for her. The vet called later in the evening to check on her and again the next day. The care we received was enough to convince me to move over to them for primary care as well.

  I was referred to Daylily by the Taylor Animal Shelter when I told them I was looking for a clinic to spay my foster kitty ASAP. Every other clinic has a long wait time right now, or charges an arm and leg.
  Daylily wasn't just affordable and was able to schedule the spay the next week, their staff was friendly and their vet was very kind and considerate. When I told her about fostering Fae for a family who just became homeless she was very supportive.
