The entire office was very helpful and friendly. They were really good about COVID procedures, making sure glasses were wiped down after trying on, etc. Dr. Thames is very sweet and made our 10-year-old feel comfortable during the appointment. I will probably come here for myself since I am long overdue for an eye appointment.

I've been going to FOCUS for several years, as have my 2 young children, who had their very first exams here. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - Jessica at the front desk goes above and beyond to assist with appointment scheduling and the communication is amazing.

I have always had dry eyes and struggled to find contacts that were comfortable for more than 2 hours at a time. This issue was confronted proactively and with patience. I think I went through half a dozen samples (offered to me at no cost for as long as it took to find a fit) until I finally found contacts I can wear ALL DAY!

I especially appreciate how my children are treated during their eye exams. The bedside manner is top notch and they love going to the eye doctor!

The only thing that could've improved this business was the openness of their office, but they took care of that recently with a beautiful remodel that is light , airy, impeccably clean and welcoming.

Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. You won't be disappointed!

Dr. Thames is fantastic! She is friendly and positive. She clearly explains all the aspects of the eye exam and what she is looking for. I especially appreciated her knowledge about the contacts that I was wearing (based upon a prescription from a previous doctor) and made the necessary adjustments to keep my eyes healthy. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I wish the practice would communicate more clearly about the COVID precautions they are taking. For example, everyone was wearing a mask, however, I did not see hand sanitizer available to customers.

My family has been going to them for over a year now, and we are very satisfied with our experiences- from quick turnaround, help on navigating insurance coverages versus out-of-pocket costs, and educating on unique needs such as first-time glasses wearers, the always-fun transition into readers, but also a computer user, and also contacts + glasses wearers. Dr. Thames is exceptionally patient, with a great 'bedside' manner, and her staff are attentive, pleasant, and very helpful. Their office is beautiful, clean, and inviting. Highly recommend this business.

Beautiful office, friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Thames is extremely knowledgable with excellent bedside manner. Most thorough eye exam I have had in years. Her staff helped me pick out glasses and did a detailed fitting of the glasses to make sure they were tailored to my eyes/face. The office is easy to find, ample parking, and a convenient location. Highly recommend and I will be coming back.
