Tiger-Rock Martial Arts of Leander

My son started attending Tiger Rock Leander 3X a week for about a year. When he started school we enrolled him in the after school care program. He gets picked up from school, given his lesson, a snack and play time. With summer starting, we enrolled him in their summer camp program. I cannot begin to express how grateful our family feels to have found Tiger Rock in Leander. Mr. and Mrs. Looney are amazing at what they do. They have taught my son not only martial arts skills but teamwork, inclusion, discipline and so many other things. They keep him active and always engaged while attending camp. One of the most important things for me is feeling that my son is safe while away from us. The Looney’s and their staff give me this piece of mind. And the staff….so great as well! All the kids get along and are respectful no matter the age. During testing I can always count on the older kids cheering on my son and calling out his name to encourage him. It’s a great environment and we cannot feel anymore pleased with being part of the Tiger Rock Leander family.

My family has been going to this martial arts school for almost ten years. All three of my kids love it here. The Looney’s definitely care about each and every student that comes through their doors. They are both nurturing and firm which’s a perfect combination. They work to instill values in our kids that they can carry with them through life and I feel like this is a wonderful extension of the values we work to teach our kids at home. If you’re looking a place where your children will love to learn, check this place out! You’ll be glad you did!!

I love Mandi’s adult classes! Every class is fun, challenging, and different than the last. Such a good workout!

This is the best martial arts studio my children have ever attended! The owners have an extensive knowledge of martial arts and the additional skill of being able to relate it to children of all ages. You can tell that they really care about the kids who attend their studio because there is a strong sense of belonging that is present in the atmosphere. Also, if you’re looking for a great place to have a kids birthday party, they post some pretty amazing parties! Your kid gets to cut their birthday cake with an actual ninja sword! How cool is that?
