My experience with Mike Stacey -- a delightful guy — and his team at Podium was "shock and awe." Mike was very transparent from the outset about various choices I could make with my needed repairs and the cost and time implications.

The first body shop I took my vehicle to told me it would be weeks before they could get to my job. Mike at Podium told me he could start right away.

When I arrived at the shop to pick up my vehicle, I saw an SUV that looked like mine, except newer. Same color as mine, but it appeared to have a bright shiny exterior — no dents or scratches. Upon closer inspection, I realized it WAS my vehicle.

About that time, Mike walked up, He explained in great detail what he had done based on what we discussed. He gave me the old parts he removed. In addition to the front-end work I had asked him to repair, he went ahead and pulled all the little dings and dents, washed and buffed up the body at no cost.

Mike knows just about every aspect of the automotive business. And he knows how to find out what customers want and how to meet and exceed their expectations. In my case, I couldn't have been happier with his work. He sets the bar high, and he delivers.

After waiting for another shop to repair my hail damage, found this shop.
Not only did they do a great job. They repainted an area that I might have not reliezed for a while. Love the staff change!
