Great experience. Kim took care of us right in the door. Told her what we were looking for and took us right to the chair we now have in our home. No pressure and got us on our way. Best part was she checked the warehouse inventory in Dallas and we had it less than a week later. That was this big plus because I didn’t want to wait 12+ weeks to order something. On to the recliner itself: do you really need to read this? La-Z-Boy furniture is made to last the test of time. I have hand-me-down la-z-boy furniture that is well over 20 years old. Neighbor has a chair that is basically the number 1 piece in his house. Drop in, test drive the furniture and stop looking. You won’t be disappointed.
