Genesis of Round Rock

I tried to purchase a 2023 Genesis GV70 3.5 Prestige from this location, but only went elsewhere because I was able to get it months sooner going out of state. The specific trim and color option is pretty limited everywhere due to part manufacturing issues and Genesis kept pushing the delivery date back, so not their fault. If I was able to keep waiting, I definitely would’ve purchased here.

Rick was probably the most knowledgeable sales people I’ve ever dealt with. He knew all about what he was selling, and this car has more features and small details than I’ve had in any of my 20+ vehicles.

I had to go in today to have something looked at and Matt in service was also great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Top notch experience. No high pressure pitch for the extras and more importantly no add ons stuck on every vehicle like some dealerships do just to increase profit. We knew what we wanted and were able to get in and out with our new car. It took some doing, but Ty did come through in the end. Even during their renovation it still felt special buying a luxury brand. We have used their service department for years and the buying experience was just as good. If only all Hyundai and Genesis dealerships were as good we would continue to buy the brand. Unfortunately they aren’t though.

I was very pleased with the service and staff. I was greeted and told where to take my vehicle and given a service advisor for Genesis. My service advisor (Andy T.) sent me all the documents that needed signatures and we also spoke face to face about my service and recalls. He took the time to come and notify me of progress on my vehicle and was very courteous and professional. He also setup my Digital Key Card and I was very thankful because I had no success in doing so on my own. The entire service staff was very helpful during my visit. I would recommend Genesis of Round Rock and will use them again.

If you own a Genesis and live in Austin - Genesis of Round Rock is the place to have it serviced!

I purchased my G70 at Genesis of Austin. Although I live 3 miles from that dealership, I chose to drive up to Genesis of Round Rock. Their customer service is 10x better and they have a dedicated Advisor and Concierge for Genesis owners.

Andy was awesome to work with. He laid out the expected time it would take to service my vehicle and kept me in the loop as things were done.

We worked with Mark Hammar on the purchase of a new GV80. Mark was very pleasant and accommodating over the phone when I called to inquire about a specific vehicle. He was timely in sending me an honest quote and there was no haggle whatsoever over any pricing. They offered me a low-fair price for my trade-in. The only negative was that we had to wait at least an hour to sign all of the paperwork with the finance manager. We drove down from DFW and expected to be in and out fairly quickly due to most everything having been done over the phone. However, during the wait for finance, Mark went through all of the car technology with us and even programmed several things in the car.
I'd highly recommend Genesis of Round Rock based on the no mark-up above MSRP pricing and the very pleasant experience that Mark was able to provide us.
