ET Plumbing

Well, what can I say, but I believe in ALIENS!! I am an area high school administrator for AISD and sure enough the first day of school I had some terrible news from a local plumber about a busted underground sewage pipe. My toilet obviously was not in working order. The informal quote was seriously too much to even repeat here! Then the plumbers were supposed to follow up with a written quote and still haven’t.

A friend of mine recommended ET Plumbing and I truly believe they were sent by God. ET Plumbing was professional, diligent and RESPONSIVE from the first call. Literally two days after my first call they had fixed the busted pipe at a fraction of what I thought I would have to pay. On an educators’ salary I was literally having a meltdown until I talked to Mr. Tracey (the owner). Mr. Tracey is a bit quirky, but super knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. He was out here a few hours after my initial call and his plumbers, Mr. Jones and his helper were working hard the next morning until the evening making sure I would have my repairs done. In addition, they were kind and hard-working. After the repairs, Mr. Jones was scrubbing my floors on his hands and knees to get the dust up from the repairs!

Also, I love their office manager Christie as she communicates everything that is happening and is very efficient with invoices and payment options. Thank you, guys, from the bottom of my heart!!

ET plumbing has been my plumber for 7 or 8 years. Eric and his team are professional, do quality work & most important they are trustworthy. He did plumbing for us when we had foundation plumbing issues to smaller jobs. He’s my go to for our rental house and our current home. Thanks Eric for being prompt and making me feel like I’m priority!

Came home from vacation to find a water leak tag left by the City and a rapidly growing leak.
Eric was quick to drop everything and come assist me on the weekend.
He went above and beyond to make sure I understood what at occurred during repair process.

Love the "can do" attitude. I am a DIYer doing bathroom remodel. Needed some plumbing help. Several companies contacted and they wanted to make to too complicated, or were hesitant. Not ET plumbing. They quoted a fair price and sent two excellent plumbers. They did a great job, and in a couple areas recommended changes they required them to do more work, but improved the final product. Very Happy with ET Plumbing

Eric & all the folks at ET Plumbing are awesome! We had 2 water heaters installed last year and they did a great job. Not only was Eric extremely responsive, but he was very transparent, honest about the scope of work, and reasonable with his prices. I highly recommend ET Plumbing and I know I will be using them for any of my future plumbing needs.
