I have worked twice now with Brooke K, as a buyer and as a seller, and I recommend her with my whole heart. Brooke has a great balance of listening to her clients but knowing when to step in, give her expert advice, advocate for her client and ensure a smooth transaction. She made sure I was set up for success as a buyer (connecting me with the best lender!) to come in strong, and as a seller she negotiated and got an offer with exactly what I had hoped to get. Bonus - she's a phenomenal human, woman, mom and friend on top of being the best agent you could work with.

After discovering that my daughter and grandson had inherited property, I immediately called Chantel Russell who I had met previously. She knew what steps we needed to take to get the property listed. We do not live in the Austin area and she made us feel very comfortable trusting her to list and sell this property. Jessica Rios is an amazing realtor and this is our third time to work with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and advocated very well for us during the buying and selling process.
