In the middle of the triple digit summer, our AC went out. I woke up with a hot house and a toddler that was throwing up due to the already extreme temps. I called a few local places that were booked out anywhere from 48 hours to a week and a half, despite it being an emergency (as we have a toddler and 2 dogs). A family member has MPA as their property manager and offered to reach out for assistance and within a few hours we had an AC tech at our door.

Hubby and I recently moved out of a rental managed by MPA Realty, specifically, Ben. He was quick to He responded promptly to any messages or calls and was professional and friendly in all of our interactions. As a handyman, he was able to attend to the few issues that came up during our occupancy (like when the furnace went out or when I broke the garage door) quickly. If it wasn't something he could fix himself, he scheduled the repair as soon as possible to keep us safe and comfortable.

I am from Houston. My daughter is attending The University of Texas. For her first year she was living in the dorm. This year, however, she wanted to stay in a condo or an apartment with her friend around campus. So I am looking for a suitable condo for her. Being from Houston, I am not familiar at all with the market in Austin. Luckily, I found Maria Phan.
Maria Phan, the owner and the real estate agent at MPA, has been helping me with process of purchasing a condo at around UT. We've been looking since before the COVID-19 pandemic. We have made a couple of offers but have not been able to come to an agreement with the seller on the price.
Through out the process, Maria has been very patience and very professional. She took her time to show me around all the properties that I'd like to look at. She answered clearly all questions I have regarding the areas and the properties I was interested in. She did her due diligence to make sure as a buyer, I will not be stuck with a bad deal. She make sure I understand and be comfortable with any offer that we made.
Although we still have not been able to find a right property yet, but I will continue to work with Maria for any of my real estate related matter in Austin.
