When I went to see the rates his staff was very outgoing. I spoke with Mr. Joe and he was upfront with everything in regards to coverages for in that time I was paying renters insurance and I had two vehicles. I was done wrong by progressive by paying to a lady that struck my wife when she was in Brownsville. They paid her 9000.00 that I wasn’t aware of and my progressive insurance kept going up. I’ve had a couple of incidents where my tires blew out and they I mean State Farm covered all my towing needs. When it flooded here in Brownsville a couple of months ago they were quick to give my wife a rental and that’s because we had just purchased two new 2021 vehicles a Chevy Colorado and equinox. I update my vehicle information with them and they are quick to update my vehicle and policy information. They are the best insurance company I have ever been with I am glad that I walked in that day to change my insurance from progressive. Progressive 0 State Farm 10.

Very friendly ladies and mr joe well very nice friendly him and secretary explain every thing 2 me wt numbers and totals and all the coverage i had couldn't have been better been wt them 4 many yrs and never have had problems when i need them thanks joe and ladies.
