The gentleman Tim that came out to help us move our car was so helpful and caring for our situation I honestly couldn't and wouldn't recommend any other tow truck driver and I will most definitely be asking for him if I ever find myself needing a tow

I am from out of town and my car broke down. Rick’s team was an absolute blessing. I was completely lost on what to do or how the insurance process works. They helped me through the whole path. I would recommend this company to anyone! The tow truck person was so kind and waited for our ride and helped make sure we got everything we needed. Definitely a 5 star team!

We got stuck outside Bridgeport with a flat. On a Sunday. We were working through roadside assistance with our insurance company, and they contacted Rick's. Rick called us to clarify where we were, what we needed, where we needed to go, etc. His wife even made some phone calls on our behalf to see if any place was open. The driver (Calvin??) showed up and was so friendly and patient and helped us figure out our best option - stay in Decatur overnight (cause, Sunday). He took us to our hotel and then dropped our vehicle off at the tire shop so it would be there first thing the next morning. I don't recommend being stuck on the side of the road on a Sunday afternoon, but if you are, DO NOT HESITATE to contact Rick's. Thank you both for taking some of the anxiety off of a stressful situation!

Rick’s has always been absolutely wonderful on the towing and the auto repair side. The few times I’ve needed towing they have gotten to me very quickly and took care of us when broken down and after my wife wrecked her Explorer. I have found the auto repair side of his business to be very efficient and usually get my vehicles right in when I go there. They are very professional and trustworthy and we will continue using them.
