Juan my therapist has been quick to listen and address my pain and successfully and relieve my pain. They are on time and a clean facility.

(March 4, 2023, 6:27 pm)Love this gym! Very clean and nice. Shemane a personal trainer gets a 5 out of 5 though! She has been amazing since I came to Fit and Wise looking to get in better shape! She's very professional, motivating and consistent in her training. Always ready and engaging helping with driving you towards your gials. Highly recommend!
Equipment is in good condition and well maintained.
Large open floor plan with upstairs and down. Also offers amazing classes and pickelball. Also wet and dry saunas, nice locker room and pool!
Downfalls in my opinion are that the temperature is way to chilly, especially upstairs. And the music selection. If that improved it would be definitely get 5 stars.
