Brittni is the only mechanic I trust in all of DFW. She is very honest and outgoing. I highly recommend her shop.

Grateful for Brittini’s service when our Passat needed repairs! She was very fair and knowledgeable. We had one, minor miscommunication and she immediately made the situation right. The car is running great and I feel confident in her work. We will definitely be back!

I live in the Haslet area and Brittni was the only mechanic within a 20 minute drive that could take me in same day! Every other place was at least a week. She ran a diagnostic which took about an hour and was able to tell me exactly what it was. She gave me an itemized bill and explained what needed to get done now, and what could wait. I received an oil change yesterday where they put too much oil and she drained the excess oil for me just as a courtesy! Ended up being 3 extra quarts, which could’ve led to problems down the road. My issues weren’t related to the excess oil but she definitely helped me out! They offer military discount as well, which she asked about before I did! The sitting area is also inside the shop, so you get to see exactly what she’s doing to your car instead of being in a room and not knowing. It does get hot, but she so kindly moved the fan in front of me. Overall great experience and will return for any other car issues!

I recently found brittni's shop and brought my vehicle to her while on a road trip through the Texas area. She jumped right in when I pulled it up. She had a diagnosis within a few mins and had me on the road in a timely manner. Her prices were very fair. I would bring my vehicles back to her for regular maintenance if I didn't live in Florida.
