Dr. Amy is the best and truly changed my life with the series of visits and continued care after dramatically correcting and improving my alignment and forward head carriage. I have migraines and terrible headaches, and was suffering from other tension in the bsck of my head / neck and TMJ. Dr. Amy has been nothing short of amazing! After working from home for the past 2 years and working out 4-5 days a week I developed shoulder/back/hip pain and range of motion issues. Thankfully, a friend referred her to me.

She was welcoming, kind and was easy to talk to. From the first assessment I could tell she took my concerns, wellness, and her practice seriously. After explaining the results of my assessment and what needed to be focused on, Dr. Amy came up with a course of action and at home suggestions. What a difference a couple of months has made! My shoulder and neck immediately felt relief after the first adjustment. Since coming in 1-2 times a week over the last couple of months, I no longer have pain in my shoulder, back/hip discomfort has diminished, and my range of motion and posture has vastly improved. My workouts and sleep have benefited tremendously from these changes.

Dr. Amy is amazing! I have had chronic neck/shoulder pain for many years and getting regular adjustments with Dr. Amy is the only way I stay ahead of it. Plus, I saw her throughout my whole pregnancy and no matter how big I got I never had any back or hip pain and I know it is in large part due to her work. The office is lovely and the office manager Julie is also fabulous and makes scheduling quick and easy. Even though I moved out of the Alexandria area I haven't changed chiropractors because I don't want to see anyone else!
