Ryan was great to work with. He stands by his work and my cranky old clock made him live up to that promise. Do not be in a hurry though. He has a ton of work and only two hands. Good thing is you loose track of time since he has the clock. : )

Highly recommended. Ryan not only did a thorough cleaning and oiling of my beloved antique grandfather clock, he was able to provide me with information on where and when it was made. He also gave me a couple of recommendations of specialists able to work on some age-related damage to the wood case. Clearly very knowledgeable about clocks!
I only deal with Steve as he repairs my type of clocks. He is thorough, honest, knowledgeable and an outstanding clock smith. I most highly recommend him.
We needed our Grandfather clock packed for a local move so we called "It's About Time". Steve came and packed our clock before the move and then returned to set it up on the other end. He was on time and reasonably priced. We were very happy with the job. I would definitely recommend him.
