I signed up for services back in September of 2019. I was approved and finalized June of this year, 2020. The experience, help, and customer service is outstanding! My first broker, Rachael Green, went above and beyond to assist in every way possible! I call her my angel lol! Andrea, Angela, and everyone that I’ve come into contact with, have all been VERY HELPFUL and nice! If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! Thank you!
We are thankful for this program to help my family support the needs of my 96 year old mother. The process is extension and we got off to a good start thanks to help from Sabine Sanon however things came to a screeching halt due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Once things opened up we were assigned a broker Rachael Green who has been working hard to pick up where we left off and get our Service My Way workers approved. We are looking forward to having a great relationship going forward with the support of the Consumer Direct staff.
I just wanted to share a very excellent experience that I received today (January 30th, 2020) when I called "Service My Way." The representative - Ms. Sawyer was very, very polite. Her Customer Service was outstanding. I just wanted someone to know how much I appreciated her. She was not rude NOR did she rush me; but very patient with me. I just wanted someone to know how respectful she was.
