Excellent. I have had no problems with staff or getting appointments, though as with my last dermatologist there are sometimes waits. Visited several times for skin checks over the last few years and the removal of an unfriendly mole. The doctor is warm and personable, answers questions. I like her PA as well, who handled the last body exam. I also took my kids to her, and recommended her to a friend.
Scheduling appointments is always very easy and I have consistently been able to get in within 1-2 weeks of calling. The office staff is friendly and I did not experience any significant wait times. The exams are very thorough and all moles were documented along with a description of their color, size, shape and location. I found this particularly helpful because the next time I go in for a check up, it will be easy to tell if a mole has changed. All of my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all.
This was my second visit in two years, and I highly recommend Dr. Yousefi. She's knowledgeable, efficient, easy to work with, and very pleasant. The staff did seem a little friendlier and more relaxed this time; maybe some negative reviews here have been addressed within the office. No complaints from me, and I plan to return.
Got an appointment within a week. Parking was no issue. Wait was reasonable. Examination was very through and not rushed. Can't ask for more.
I saw Jill, who I believe is the P.A., and she was great. She was very kind, thorough in her explanations, and she gave me a coupon so I didn't spend so much on my prescription. She even said I could call if the prescription dries out yet skin too much or has any other adverse effect. I will be back in three months to see if my skin (acne and blackheads) has cleared enough, so I can update my review then, but my first impression is a very positive one! In response to other reviews, I waited a little before my appointment, but I've seen much worse at other doctors' offices.
