(July 2, 2018, 11:00 pm)Ms.Loma is the heart and spirit of this building. She's insanely sweet, honest and straight forward. She deserves a medal of honor for single handedly keeping this building up to snuff. I lived here for 8 years. It's not the Taj Mahal and can definitely use some upgrades within the units, but I'm a pretty low key/minimalistic kinda person. My fiancé and I loved the location. Can't beat it. The price is fairly competitive but could be a tad bit lower. Anyway, 5 min walk to the Rosslyn metro, 15 min walk to Georgetown, and access to literally every major highway - 66, GW Parkway, 110/1, 50, Lee Hwy, 395, etc. Grocery stores are walkable - Mom, Target, and Safeway and Tons of restaurants. Will miss this place. If you require some boujie taste, and front desk service then this place may not be for you. It's a great place to save some cash while major access to everything. I painted an accent wall, had nice furniture, and made it home. It's a perfect place for GW/Georgetown students too. There's a Georgetown bus at the corner of the building, an ART bus, and one station away from GW. You also get free parking. Will miss this place and Mrs.Loma

The building was kept very clean and I was treated very well by the on-site building manager. Having a free parking spot in that area was really convenient for me, and it had good access to the metro as well.

(November 11, 2013, 7:35 pm)I have lived here for over a year and I can say with confidence that this apartment building has been a great place to live over that time. The location can't be beat. A block of Wilson Blvd provides a 5 minute walk to the metro, a 15 minute walk across the bridge into Georgetown, and a 20 minute walk (5 minute cab ride) into the Arlington nightlife of Clarendon. The brick building is not flashy life most of the over priced buildings in the area, but the spacious apartments with all utilities included in the well below average prices for the area make up for it in a big way. The landlord and maintenance staff live on site providing for prompt responses to any problems that you may have in your apartment. Each apartment is provided parking as well as having a lot of free parking spaces on the streets around the building. All in all its a great place to live if you work in the DC area but do not want to pay DC prices. Completely satisfied with my decision to live here.
