(May 30, 2020, 2:58 pm)Quiet park with flat field suitable for kicking the soccer ball around or teaching your kid how to ride a bike on the circle path. Also has a small neighborhood playground and basketball courts. Down the hill is the entrance to Windy Run trail which goes down to the river, and connecting trail south to Roosevelt island. Woodmont center has YMCA gymnastics programs.

(October 26, 2019, 1:48 pm)They have a great gymnastics program for all ages and they have boys practice. This have a summer camp and every month the have parent night out so you can leave your kid to do gymnastics eat pizza and watch a movie. While you go out and party.

They also have birthday partys and my kids really enjoyed there birthday partys. They have a lot of fun while learning and getting strong. They have boys practice too and many more fun things you can do.

(March 9, 2018, 1:10 am)Fantastic gymnastics gym for all ages. Adult gymnastics is starts at 9 pm on Tuesday and Thursday and head all ages and only $5.
Birthday parties are on Saturday and Sunday nights.
Little people classes are every other time!
One of the oldest gymnastics gyms in the area, very clean and new floor and equipment! Best prices in the area and a beautiful experience! -
