(August 19, 2017, 3:04 pm)My husband and I stayed in a cabin here for a week. We were both very pleased with this place. It was very quiet, bathrooms were clean and the staff was very nice. There is no doubt things need work at this campground. But I think the people leaving bad reviews for this place might have too high of expectations for camping, especially at this price! It's definitely worth the money. Sitting on the porch swing at our cabin was so relaxing!

Second I read one review that was saying their child slipped on slide at the pool, there is NO slide at the pool and there is a sign saying NO LIFE GUARD, yet you said you left your child with someone who was suppose to be watching him, really?!? Sounds to me you are a parent who should have been watching your own child instead of neglecting him. You sound like a person who doesn't want to be bothered with your own child that you make a habit out of pawning him off on people. Any way, please visit this beautiful place ran by beautiful people. This Susan person couldn't be more wrong. Mrs Beveridge who is the owner is the sweetest lady who in her 70's gets around better than me would not tolerate any drugs in her campground. She definitely is not on drugs. It sounds to me maybe this Susan person is on drugs. Bear traps?!? Where in the world did you see a bear trap...lay off the sauce Susan. Any way, no place and no one is perfect in the world, but The Hidden Acres Campground is a beautiful, peaceful, and incrediable place to stay.

(August 5, 2017, 5:04 pm)Awesome, safe, place 4 kids 2 be just that...KIDS! Best part is, Parents: the safe, wide open atmosphere gives U a chance 2 have a bit of freedom while U watch the kids play! Loved it!

(January 10, 2017, 12:18 pm)This was our first stop of eight rv parks so far and it was one of my favorites. The family that runs it is kind and friendly. Ranger Mike was available and helpful. Definitely want to go back when it's not 5º out. Grateful they were open year round!
