  100% happy with their work. This family team excels at customer service and install. We had three different quotes for a new unit and they were not only the most affordable but also gained our trust right away. No pushy sales, just an honest recommendation for what our home needed. They provided fast, accurate, and polite responses to our questions via email. Father and son team installed our unit and improved the air flow in our home. They left their work areas spotless. If you're trying to decide which company is best for a new system- look no further! Great systems, great prices, great family team.

  Our HVAC of 14 years just died, and a good friend of ours recommended we contact Paul and Erica for a new system. We are VERY grateful for the lead! My wife and I are extremely impressed with the professionalism and personal-touch Paul put into installing the new one. He did all the work himself, which blew us away! Paul's a meticulous craftsman, and strives to do the very best job he can. Erica is equally professional as the administrator and office manager. Together, Paul and Erica make an AWESOME team!!

  I lost my heat in the early morning hours and woke to a colder than normal house. I called three different heating and air companies. One of them, the person that picked up, said that the person that schedules appointments was in a meeting and would call me back. Another I left a message on their voicemail and was waiting for someone to call me back. American Family, I called and got no answer.
  
  The first company called me back and said they could be at my house between 12pm-4pm and when I asked what the service fee would be, they quoted me an amount. I set the appointment up since I couldn't get anyone else. About 10 minutes after setting up that appointment, I got a call from American Family. The lady that called me back was the sweetest person I talked to. I had told her I had an appointment set up elsewhere and she asked when they were coming. I told her and she said she could have someone at my house between 10am-12pm. I asked what their service fee amount was and she told me, which was much less than the other company I had my appointment with. I asked that she go ahead and set the appointment up and that I would cancel my appointment with the other company.
  
  Paul, the technician, called me a couple minutes before 10am to tell me he was on his way. He got to my place 10 minutes later. He was able to figure out what the issue was within 10-15 minutes. He had the part in his work van and replaced it and only charged me the service fee.
  
  I will definitely use this company in the future and plan to recommend them to any friends/family that may need to have their heating/air system worked on.

  Curteous, fast, and fair. My unit was making a weird noise. Paul came out promptly and fixed the issue quickly and at a much more reasonable price than others around. I'm so glad I went with a company that is easy to reach and stands behind their work. This is the second time I've gone with this company (different house) and never regretted it. Great job.

  This summer Paul and David did a fantastic job with a full AC and Furnace replacement. We had struggled to keep our system going for almost four years, having four different companies out and spending thousands of dollars. No one was able to get the house any cooler than 80 degrees in the summer, but still told me that the AC unit had "another 20 years." Paul came out and immediately found a leak in coil, which was causing a large amount of freon loss. Looking at the rest of the system, he made informed recommendations. I ultimately asked him to replace the system and the furnace as well. Him and his team did a fantastic job, work consummate professionals, and made the experience great. Not to mention, Paul's wife manages the office and was awesome! She got ahold of us when the emergency first came up and made the process smooth. I couldn't recommend this company more. Great people.
