I called around to a few places but Carl had the quickest available turn around time. Once he got it, he diagnosed the problem and wrote me up a fair quote for what needed to be done. Come Monday, he finished his test drive of my car and I went and picked up my vehicle. No hassles, haggling, or delays whatsoever. Carl has great interpersonal skills and can be reached throughout the day by phone or text, making the process of keeping myself updated easy and less stressful. Thank you Carl!
