Everyone that I had contact with in this office was above and beyond wonderful. I was scheduled very short notice as a new patient in the middle of an undiagnosed autoimmune flare. I was miserable, I had been brushed off by the hospital and by specialists, and I just needed relief. I was seen within 48 hours of my initial call. The receptionists were both very friendly when I came in and got me checked in very quickly. I was seen on time, which is not something that I am accustomed to. The Nurse Practitioner, Rosine Kemeni, is a very special kind of person. She really took the time to listen to me and ask questions and run labs to really get to the bottom of what was going on with me. There are not enough care providers like her anymore and I feel very fortunate to have been treated by her. I will continue to be her patient for as long as I am able and I will recommend her to anyone who will listen.
The people are friendly. The office is clean and inviting. I am very satisfied with the service.
Everyone is exceptional here. David always has a warm smile to welcome me. Dr.Tharakan always takes his time to explain and answer my questions. Now I have even transferred my children to this practice.
