Public Storage

I had a short term rental space and it served my needs. When I called to vacate the unit Michelle H. was very helpful in making sure that my account was closed promptly.

Karlee was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We went into her office to find out that we actually made the reservation incorrectly. Karlee explained to us how she was going to correct the situation and then within 5 minutes and no hassle we had a new reservation. Karlee then took the time to help navigate us around the Public Storage app and how to use the app to open the gate at our storage unit. I was highly impressed with her helpfulness and customer service.

I recently stopped into this location of Public Storage for some information regarding spaces; I am looking to move sometime in August and wanted to have all of my information together. Karen showed me a couple different spaces and we discussed the E-Rental option. I love the idea of being able to utilize a Kiosk to handle this transaction, especially considering everything that is going on in the country with Covid. When I am ready to make my move, I will definitely be using Public Storage! Thanks Karen!!

I went in looking to rent a unit due to an unexpected move. Karen was thoughtful, considerate and extremely professional while assisting me. We went over size and price options and she helped me get into the best unit for my situation. I went to a few other storage places prior to visiting Public Storage and am so glad I made the choice to rent from Karen! I will use her store for all of my storage needs and recommend Public Storage to all my friends!
