I went into the Hanberry T-Mobile today to try to get help with a shipping label and returning a phone. Previously we have been in the store two other times for hours.
A new manager named Vinny and coworker named Eric were exceptional. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. It was nice to see two workers that work so well together. I would highly recommend this T-Mobile store just for these two employees. I was discouraged about the company butMy thoughts have changed now.
