Jesse was our salesperson. We feel that he is excellent in what he does. His passion for his customers is outstanding and he is extremely patient , kind and very thorough! We would send other friends and relatives over there because of how well he served us! His generosity is priceless!

Went to this store in Dixon and got great service. Happy I didn't have to go out of town. This store is very neat and has great staff. The representative Steve upgraded my phone and got all my stuff transferred. No hassles and great service.

Had a great experience setting up new phone service at the Verizon store in Dixon, CA. Courtney Matthews is one of the best sales associates I have ever done business with. She got all the accounts and phones set up, and also made it possible for my family members in Arkansas to get their SIM cards and seamlessly transition to Verizon. She went out of her way to get a new device we needed, including picing it up at another Verizon location and bringing it to Dixon. I can't say enough about the absolutely super service from Courtney! So far, we're very pleased with Verizon. I'm anxiously awaiting Verizon 5G Wideband internet service to come to my address.

**Residents of Chesapeake!!!!!! If you have a mosquito problem...CALL!! It's a FREE service by the city. Initially when I called (9:10 am), Taylor was very polite and quick to take my information and schedule a service call for me. 10 or so minutes after scheduling service, Tameka (supervisor) called (9:28) and explained in great detail what the technician would do upon his arrival and the safety measures/social distancing that would be practiced to ensure everyone's safety. Deon arrived by 10 am as promised!!!! Now let's talk about Deon! This guy!!!!!!!!! He did his initial inspection and talked us through the process, what issues he saw and then treated the areas that he found to be problematic. He was kind and very generous with his knowledge of mosquitoes and provided tips that we could use to prevent the pesky insects from swarming our property. I'm so thankful that our city employs these top notch individuals and cannot thank them enough for their service to our city!!! Thanks again Chesapeake Mosquito Control!!!!
