I went there for a calibration. I dealt with both, Mike, and Carol. They were great! Very nice, and engaging. As a customer I appreciate that. None likes feeling like a number. They even remembered my friend that sent me their way! That is one on one customer service! I even asked pricing for my breaks because there is a noise. There was no well we'll have to take a look and then let you know. They gave me straightforward pricing. As a woman, I really appreciate that. They are a little out of the way, but definitely worth the little bit of a drive to get to them. I would definitely tell anybody that I know to go to them!

These guys were the absolute best. We had car problems on the way to outer banks and had to stop off in Chesapeake to get it checked. I called Chesapeake auto center and they took us right in. They had the problem fixed and we were back on the road in less than an hour. Thank you so much for being such awesome people

I called before going and they told me it only takes 10-15 minutes. I went in on my lunch break and was out in 15 minutes. They were quick, kind and even offered some humor. I would recommend everyone go to Chesapeake Auto for a speedometer calibration.
