Tonight I ordered a meal through GrubHub and when it got delivered I realize there was no sweet-and-sour sauce which literally makes the meal when you get sweet-and-sour chicken. I called up to new city and even though I had ordered through GrubHub and I know they don’t make as much money that way they sent a driver out who was here within 10 minutes just to deliver me the sauce that had been left off. This is a type of customer service you rarely see in 2022. This is why they are my go to Chinese place and I highly recommend giving them a chance if you are in the area.
