  On 11/16/21 I was going to cancel the services with Vikings due to a miscommunication with former company but Customer Service Representative Bella L. took her time to explain my options and my plan in detailed and provided great customer service by listening to my concerns and answering all my questions. She explained everything to the T that I was very impressed and decided to continue the services. Great customer service!

  This is my 4th year using Viking. Most of the time, the service tech is very caring and does a good job. This time my tech took extra care and seemed to really care about her position. I would rate her efforts outstanding.

  We started using Viking after moving into our new house, and finding we already had someone else living there (as in, mice).
  Recently, I had some concerns after we got flooded by Ida- We were cleaning out our crawlspace and found more mice..
  Tammy came out to help us and she was amazing, so kind, and very patient. She took her time to scope out our crawlspace, remove the dead mice, and examined all the walls for entry points. She was able to tell where the mice were coming in from, how they were likely traveling, and the best spot for new bait boxes. She also showed me how to plug up some holes with copper mesh. She sprayed along the house as well. She was very knowledgeable and thorough! I'm really happy with how she explained our situation in such detail, and also took the time to show me how we can manage it.
  I also want to note that customer service is also very attentive and friendly. Most recently, I spoke with Tania, and she was extremely personable, helpful, and responsive.
  Very happy with Viking's service.

  Great, they helped out with setting up my wife's new phone and tablet. Neither of us have a clue how to get the information from the old phone to the new phone. Same held true for setting up the tablet with the information from her old phone. Trying to figure it out on the phone call is just to confusing for me. Went there in person, no waiting, got helped right away and the lady was super nice. I think her name was Sherry or maybe Shelly. But she was very helpful.

  They got me hooked up with an awesome phone. I didn't want anything fancy. Just some cheap and ready for an adventure. The guy helping me was amazing got a bunch of little discounts. And made me feel happy as could be about being comfortable with my decision to go with Sprint as my cell phone provider. Over I'm happy with the service i get from the staff in the store than with the staff on the phone customer service department. But the store is the jam.

  Amazing customer service, I came in close to closing which is one thing I hate when people do to me. Greg was awesome though he not only didn't complain but spent the extra time when they closed up to help fix my issue. Sprint may not have the best cell service; however their customer service is impeccable!
