This establishment and classes have CHANGED MY LIFE! As a new, working mom I was struggling to find that intense passion I had for moving my body again. My sister-in-law brought me to one class after lots of convincing because I was so nervous to do group classes. After my first class, I was hooked and now go multiple times a week. Tess has personally handed me the shirt off her back because I ripped my pants and was not willing to quit my workout. The trainers and staff are the best team I have ever seen at any gym. They deserve 10 stars!!!

Chris the GM was professional, and extremely detailed. I have to say I wasn’t expecting my visit to go the way it did. Overall I’m excited! The class was intense but worth it and the instructor Jeff did great job. Overall the team was welcoming and extremely helpful.

I love it personally because of the Amazing staff and their patience to show and demonstrate every workout (in case you get lost). You can go at your own pace, but also allow yourself to push more to get great results. I say it’s a great routine to switch up your normal routine from the gym. ☺️

This place ROCKS!!!!! The atmosphere is very welcoming, the staff are the best and so, so helpful. I was visiting from Lynchburg, VA and would love to see a place like this there. Ask for Sarah the Front Desk Supervisor, she will hook you up with a smile and a fantastic spirit and energy!!!
