Addie is the best! I was looking for a certain type of wheels for months, came into discount tire and she was very helpful. She knew exactly what I wanted and got me set straight. Definitely recommend her to everyone. I was in and out with a brand new set of wheels and tires on my car. I will be coming back every time I need any new wheels/tires. I went to discount tire as a new resident in the area. It was a very pleasant experience. The staff seemed very inviting and engaging. The more questions I asked, the more that they were answering, it was well organized and you could just feel comfortable as a customer that they knew their product. Service did not take long at all and prices were not bad. I will be returning to Discount Tires for a very long time.

Awesome place to go for tire repair work. They had me in and out in minutes and had a full workload at that. I called first to make sure they had what I needed and went there because they were so helpful. Cost was competitive and people very nice

Last night, I discovered a tire on my car had gone completely flat due to a nail. I thought, "Well, this will be costly." The rest of this review I will present as a timeline.

Today (Saturday), 8:10 AM: I call Discount Tire on Jefferson Davis in Chester to see if they have any open appointment slots. I had never used them before, but they were close and had good reviews. The phone is answered quickly by Nicholas, who is very friendly, obtains my basic information, and schedules me for an appointment at 9 AM.

8:55 AM: I arrive at Discount Tire. I am immediately greeted by a friendly tech who looks at my tire and then guides me into a bay. The waiting area is clean and empty.

9:10 AM: A tech lets me know that the work is done. The tire has been patched. They also checked all of my other tires, including my spare. As he takes me to my car, he asks if I need anything else. "How much do I owe you?" I ask. "We provide this as a free service," he states. He encourages me to keep them in mind if I need anything in the future and to tell family and friends about them.

I couldn't believe it. I've not received this level of customer service at similar places where I was paying hundreds of dollars for various services. So, yes, I will definitely be back.
