The best CrossFit gym that I been to, the coaches and members are so welcoming and encouraging. You will fit right at home right away.
This is the best CrossFit community in the area by far! Extremely knowledgeable coaches and members go out of their way to make you feel at home. So glad we found CrossFit Midlo!

I came to this gym with most of my workout experience being my garage and/or my work gym; 99% of which is by myself. I was impressed at the community aspect in just my first visit. Everyone in the gym was helpful and very nice to reach out and say "hi" and ask how I was doing. I fit in very well there. The owner/head coach, Kevin Knight, is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain/demonstrate the movements for the workouts. In fact, there were many options given to folks who needed a scaling option (ie. banded pullups instead of regular or weighted pull ups). I noticed the personal attention to everyone to make them feel comfortable.
Outside of the community, the facility has everything you absolutely need. Much more equipment than traditional commercial gyms. Downside is the lack of A/C, but huge fans helped to cool things down. Seeing that I work out in my garage, I am used to the temperature, so this wasn't an issue for me.
I have been back a number of times and am equally pleased with each visit. I highly recommend you consider visiting CrossFit Midlo to find out for yourself.
