We originally began working with 2 different agents before contacting Justine with Liz Moore and Associates. Prior to meeting Justine, the first 2 realtors (with different agencies) made us feel rushed when discussing things or viewing homes, and that they really didn't have time to fully dedicate and listen to us. We are so glad to have found Justine. Throughout our entire experience she has been very personable, caring, honest, and genuinely looked out for our best interest. Justine never made us feel that she was just trying to get us into a house so she could move on to the next. Being military and coming from another state, the process can be daunting, but we truly felt heard with Justine, and that we had an advocate beside us through the whole process.

Justine made the whole experience wonderful. She made us feel comfortable and confident in the home choices we picked out and walked through each property with us pointing things out as we went along. She was polite and extremely professional. She understood it was our first home and listened to what we wanted and asked plenty of questions of what was important to us in a home. She went out of her way to make sure we were getting the best deal possible and Introduced us to a lender who ended up saving us a lot of money each month. I would definitely recommend Justine to anyone I know and will work with her again when I buy my next house.
