I cannot say enough great things about working with Tina Morris and her team. She is the best realtor we've encountered here in RVA/VA, and one of the best we've ever worked with (many past real estate transactions) for all the same reasons prior reviews have mentioned and more. She is a wonderful communicator, takes the time to understand your perspective and finds a way to make the situation a win-win for everyone. Her recommendation for a lender (Chris Parks with Mclean Mortgage who is also wonderful to work with) saved our investment deal when another lender couldn't perform. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere.

My wife and I had such a great experience selling our home with Tina and Co. We saw her sign go up across the street from us and were awestruck at the effort she and her team put into to selling that home. Potential buyers poured in and they sealed the deal by the weekend. We snapped a picture of her contact info and gave her a call three months later to sell ours.

Tina is a great communicator, which is crucial when you are in one of the largest transactions of your life! We never heard her voicemail when we called her cell and she responds quickly to text and email. She and her counterparts were professional and courteous; including us on everything that was important and listening to our thoughts when a decision needed to be made. She didn't just come in and do all the talking while telling us what we needed to do - she listened to what we had to say, what we wanted, and catered to our needs throughout the process.

Our house went up for sale late in the week and they had scheduled almost 30 showings before the weekend! There was an open house that weekend with a great turnout as well. We reviewed all of the offers (there were multiple!) and agreed to one the following Monday. Tina made it easy for us to understand the differences between each offer and which one would benefit us the most. In the end, we got several thousand more than we had ever expected and paid next to nothing at closing. Huge win!

I cannot stress enough about how much of the burden her team removes from the homeowners' shoulders as you are going through the transaction. There was no stress, no urgency or push from anyone to react without thinking it all the way through; just a calm and friendly experience.
