Navy Federal Credit Union

This Navy Fed branch is a great example of how Navy Federal wants its customers treated. This branch makes me feel valued as a customer. Regardless of where I am at in the greater RVA area, when I need to visit a branch this is the one I go to, even if it is further than the Glenside branch. The Glenside branch needs to learn from this branch on how to treat their customers.

I am very pleased with the customer service and location! I get in early and go about my day. Since this new location opened up I no longer have to go to Fort Lee or Glenside to make a deposit. Having my own business Instagram:snow_queen_snoballs I have to make deposits every two days. Thanks for thinking of your chesterfield customers!!!

Always friendly, has Covid policies for safety so lines can form. But they are super quick and helpful.

I love this branch's location! The most friendliest reps ever. They are always smiling and greeting you with kind regards. I am so happy this service location is here as its way closer to my home and way more friendlier than the one on Glenside (West End of RVA). The reps at the Glenside location are so cold and all seem like they always have an attitude! This location needs to train that location and it's crazier that this is a newer branch.

Great service and doesn't require appointments. I still can discuss my account in person unlike the other account I just closed.
