  Decent experience. Customer service was excellent. Prompt, detailed oriented, precise. Provided us with all the information we needed to order a good meal.
  
  Food was underwhelming, but still good. Lacked the original flavor and spice needed to draw in the locally owned and operated title. Calamari was cooked to perfection; huge plus. Spaghetti scampi was less flavorful than expected. Sauce was thick and pasty. Wings were good. Drinks were tasty.
  
  One of the best features of this restaurant would be the outdoor seating around the fireplace. It definitely sets the tone and vibe for any occasion.
  
  I recommend anyone stopping through the area to give this place a try solely based on their drink, variety and comfy atmosphere.

  I’ve visited this restaurant several times at different times over the past couple years and each time the experience has been the same, fabulous!
  
  It is a favorite go to if you like sitting by a fire pit outdoors, super cozy, but inside is equally as lovely, I’ve done both with friends.
  
  You cannot go wrong ordering their hummus, the best ever, and pimento cheese as appetizers. Fresh, delicious and consistent.
  
  Their pizzas are brick over and equally tasty, you have several to choose from (they will accommodate you the best they can) and their burger I found delicious as well, I like pimentos and minus the bacon, which I don’t eat.
  
  Now for their drinks, highly recommend as well. They have their own specialty cocktails, I had their Charred Manhattan most recently, but their martinis are good as well. My friends enjoyed their drinks as well, even if Smashmouth IPA..
  
  If you want to try a unique restaurant that’s not a chain, with a limited, but delicious menu, you’ll have a pleasant experience.
  
  You can also grab a seat at the bar and watch a game. Try it!

  The food is generally good and there's something for everyone! I love that we have an establishment like this out here as it brings elevated cuisine you see nearer/in the city. My favorites are definitely the scallops, cornbread, and shortbread rigatoni! The cocktails are a little on the sweet side. A great for a date night if you want to stick around Midlothian. Service can be hit or miss depending on who you get.

  We were headed to a nearby restaurant when CHARRED caught my wife's eye. We switched gears and went inside. Glad we did.
  Ordering from the Brunch menu we had a "Brunch Pizza" and a "Brunch Burger".
  Last minute decision to switch restaurants, and excellent choices off the menu made for a nice lunch.
  
  The decor was very comfortable and our server was friendly and efficient. Good marks all around.

  The setting is wonderful and the background music is great. Lots of room on the inside as well as outside. They also have a separate room for small parties that has a large screen projection unit. The servers seem to be attentive although service was a little slow probably due to the continual staffing problem finding people that are willing to work. Miss you your fingers down although it took an hour to get our food after being seated it is definitely worth the wait. Everything was hot, prepared well and plated efficiently. Everything was delicious. The owner, James, stop by and ask for our honest review. He was very friendly and even gave us a percentage off for our honesty. All in all a great experience and we will be going there again.
