Dr Green is awesome. He has helped me with, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis and a torn high ham string! I was back in yoga within a month. If anyone gives him less than 5 stars didnt give him a chance, wasn't honest about their issue or didnt follow his instructions. He has helped my husband and my teenage son as well. I've seen other chiropractors, but get more overall help at Active.
I have been going to Dr. Green for many years on and off (as needed). He has always taken the time to listen in order to get to bottom of the issue, and everyone on his staff has always been very helpful. Since Dr. Green is an avid runner /cyclist, he is able to relate to your injuries, and he works hard to get you back into activity as soon as possible. It’s nice to find a doctor that supports you in your healthy lifestyle, unlike those that just tell you not to run if it hurts. I would highly recommend Active Chiropractic to anyone that wants to stay active and/or competitive with their sport.
Rob Green and his staff (Tasisa, Melvin and Jason) are awesome. They work well together as a team. Rob and his staff provide the top tier of care for each of his patients. I have been going to Rob for all of my aches and pains for several years. I continue to be amazed how he is able to get this body back in shape so I can continue to be active at age 60+?
I have been looking for a chiropractor since moving to Richmond... I had tried several others and I was not very happy with the service. This was the polar opposite- Dr. Green listened attentively and adjusted me on the first visit. He showed me some stretches to help reduce the tension in my shoulders and was really about tailoring my care to what I needed. I would highly recommend this practice.
I love Dr. Greene and he does an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and did pay attention to detail. He also isn’t a just go in and adjust you and hope that fixes everything. He approaches everything with a holistic approach. Fixing muscular and skeletal problems. And keeping you in balance.
However I have to give them 4 stars as multiple times the front receptionist has been rude, arrogant, and not understanding. Comments such as “We explained that when you scheduled your appointment last time”. When this was my first time having a massage and adjustment. Or “well this is what your treatment plans says and you shouldn’t deviate from that” when letting her know I would be out of town for a week. Or that bc I have two kids I can’t spend and hour or more there. But if you can overlook her attitude then the practice is great
