I met with Ginny today and went on a tour. She was absolutely fantastic and gave us so much information on the Laurels. The activities program sounds great and I love the structure they provide for their residents. The Rehab gym is beautiful and was very strongly staffed. I really appreciated the tour and the time Ginny spent with me answering all the questions I had for here. Strongly recommend to all families.

Hard to know where to begin, but here goes! My Mom has had several visits to The Laurels of Willow Creek over the past 18-24 months. Her needs ranged from simple physical rehab to full blown skilled nursing. The staff has been incredible throughout - even when my Mom wasn't as cooperative as she should've been! Ginny in Admissions has gone above & beyond to make sure my Mom's stays are comfortable & helped our family to navigate all of the ins/outs that are necessary...and Tiffany has been fantastic helping us understand/manage the financial aspects (including working with Medicaid!). Both have even taken my calls on weekends, holidays & after routine working hours - almost always to ensure that my Moms needs were met before/during & after a stay! We've had to deal with local hospitals and at least one other nursing/rehab center and ALL of them would do well to work toward the example set by the team @ The Laurels of Willow Creek. The nurses, aides, physician team, social work staff, rehab crew....even the kitchen staff - great people & they actually care! I wish I knew all their names so I could give shout outs individually!! Thank you - all of you - for everything you've done for us. In what is certainly a demanding daily job, you've been incredible to work with. We are eternally grateful - keep up the great work!!!!

My Dad had to go here after knee replacement surgery and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and the incredible staff! It began with Ginny in admissions that was incredible and the receptionists Carolyn and Jeanette were always such wonderful people that great you when you arrive each day! All the nurses were attentive and amazing too! Karen the PA and Martha & Ted were great PTs too!! I highly recommend this faculty if it’s needed for your relatives! I am actually going to miss seeing the stay everyday too!!

We went through his documents as well as policy and procedures to be followed by residents and their families. Ginny was reassuring that we made the right decision picking Laurels of Willow Creek for our family members Rehabilitation. Thank you to the Team, nurses, the aids and All the PT workers. I would like to thank everyone for the excellent care that my father received at The Laurels of Willow Creek. Ginny in admissions was pleasant, informative and helpful no matter what or how many questions I had. Nurse Practitioner Kathy Anderson was responsive, informative and attentive to my father and the family. Tiffany in finance was also thoughtful, kind and helpful guiding us through the business end of his care. And Melissa in social services spent a lot of time helping us and was warm and helpful. There were others that cared for him that I did not meet in person but am so grateful for. Everyone that we passed in the hall was pleasant and acknowledged us and asked if they could help us. I would highly recommend The Laurels of Willow Creek for anyone needing skilled nursing care for their loved one.
