  I have worked with Honey Tree Realty numerous times. We have had many mutual clients together and I have to say they are different.. in a great way! They are all professional in what they do but their close knit family like relationship is what stands out. They all aid in each others success. You work with one agent yet you get the knowledge and experience from of all the agents on the team. Looking for a real estate company to help you purchase a home or sell your current home, look no further, you found them!

  Anne Brinkley just helped us sell 2 houses this month. She walked us through each step, provided great contacts for painting & repairs, and responded immediately to any question/concern. Sales were streamlined, smooth, and easy. I would highly recommend Honey Tree Realty.

  I highly recommend Anne Brinkley and Jennifer Bebb at Honey Tree! Immediately, through their actions and words, Anne and Jennifer demonstrated integrity, consistency, genuine concern for my interests, maintained priority with respect to educating me through the home buying process, and still provide timely and prompt responsiveness to all of my questions and concerns. (It’s been 7 months since closing.) They both have beautiful spirits and establish a warm personal relationship with the home buyer(s) and any involved immediately family. They both have high emotional intelligence and respect clients’ boundaries.
  
  They helped me find and secure my first home. Thanks to them, they helped me snag my dream home. This was no small measure; there were at least 5 other on my now home within the first few days of the listing posting. Anne and Jennifer took their time crafting the best offer, considering a number of factors in addition to my offer price. They communicated accurate and transparent pros and cons to each element of my offer based on: the new COVID19 market conditions, lessons learned from their experience and history in the real estate industry, and remaining in alignment as my accountable partners considering my desires and limits.
  
  After closing, I did have concerns and questions that weren’t the fault of Honey Tree. Jennifer and Anne were very hands on, timely and essential champions with respect to all my after closing concerns. They also provided (and still provide) quality referrals to insurance companies, loan officers, and local technicians.
  
  I rarely write reviews. (I’m sorry I’m posted so long after closing.) Honey Tree more than deserves my 5 star rating and review. When I purchase more homes in the future, I’m thankful to have Honey Tree as a top notch resource. I will definitely be using Honey Tree for future real estate transactions.

  Honey Tree is absolutely fantastic to deal with! It is clear that Anne has a true passion for what she does and enjoys helping clients find her dream home. In today's market, you have to have an experienced realtor who is able to move quickly when it comes to home buying. I am so thankful for Anne's many years of expertise in both buying and selling homes. I highly recommend Honey Tree to anyone buying or selling!

  I can not say enough good things about Anne and Honey Tree Realty. We are first time home buyers and were very nervous and had a LOT of questions. Anne went above and beyond to answer any question or concern immediately! She made sure that she fought for us to get the best possible deal and was extreme thorough and made sure we got everything we were looking for in our new home.
