Our son started working with Coach Neil 5 years ago in a previous gym and the transformation in his physical abilities and mental focus were noticeable by all of his team coaches. To this day we try to a couple times a year to drive several hours so our son can train and visit with him. The other trainers and trainees at the X-factor have openly excepted us and we are treated like family every time we visit. X-Factor and Coach Neil are a blessing to young athletes!

(December 5, 2018, 12:05 pm)I have been training her for almost 4 years. The people are phenomenal. It is a really great family type of environment. The training is all science based individual programming and the prices are the best you will find in town!
