(August 11, 2022, 4:56 pm)We moved from Toronto to Richmond and after a pleasant experience with the ABF from Toronto, we were hoping to have the same experience with Richmond. And indeed we did! Because we have not switched our phones to an American number, we did not receive the call that their driver was waiting for us outside for a while now. What a very patient driver! He could have left, he could just not waited, but he waited! And we saw our cubes parked neatly in parking spots and tonight, we finally have our stuff! Thank you so much to ABF! It was a pleasure working with your team!

(July 15, 2021, 8:02 am)My experience was great. They were as helpful as any one could be. Due to our narrow driveway we opted to come pick up our large item one Monday evening with our own trailer. They were extremely helpful and pleasant with finding and loading and securing it and quickly got us on our way. July 2021.
