Lexus of Richmond

After being a lexus fan boy but owned many other cars and trucks I finally bought a Rx350. The service and quality work of lexus of Richmond was fantastic. I'll be going there as it is much easier then Nova area and more laid back atmosphere. The show room , and other areas as very clean and well spaced out. I enjoyed the snack bar area and customer pod area very much as an quiet area where I could charge my devices and keep distance from others. I'll be a returning customer and future buyer when my next purchase comes up .

*Updated* Service appointments are performed quickly and the all staff are nice and efficient. The missing interior cleaner was just found in the back of my glove box behind everything that was in there. I assume during the cabin filter change, they moved it to the glove box but it somehow ended up in the very back. I'm just glad I found it because that particular bottle is sold out in every nearby store.

An Unbelievable Experience!!! This is my third LEXUS and my experience this time working with Rick Bernard was GREAT!!! I went to Lexus on just a “fact finding mission” one day and ended up with the best customer service possible! Rick gave me several suggestions and showed me several cars before I decided to purchase my “new” used car. Rick made the whole buying process easy for me and was able to get me the best rate possible! WOW!!
