  Best gym in Culpeper. Wonderful kind and caring owner (Bryan) and Ashley the manager is such a awesome lady. never overcrowded and the equipment is well maintained, and kept clean.

  Adequately equipped gym which is open 24-7 for those who want to work out on holidays or at night. My only complaint is that they only have one shower each for men and women so sometimes you need to wait. For my daily workouts I go to Powell as they have a pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and a full locker room with 6 men's showers.

  Love the 24/7 convenience. Lots of different equipment from machines and weights to kettle balls and jump ropes etc. Haven't utilized any classes yet but I plan to!
