Ordered a 2023 392 Jeep about six months ago knowing full well I had a wait and things are changing rapidly in the car business. The delivery ran into a bit of a hiccup and it took the team at Farrish to engage at higher levels to resolve it and get it delivered. Took longer than expected but they were clearly engaged in getting the Jeep to me. Jaymond Santos and the rest of the team were great to work with and the experience was one I will not forget. I didn't feel like any shenanigans were going on and I am super happy with the new Jeep!

Jeffery Washington, a service Advisor at Farris was a true hero today and provided extraordinary service! On Day 2 of a trip from Delaware to New Mexico we developed a serious problem with our camper van on a Ram 3500 Promaster. We called Farrish at 8:30 and explained our situation while he told us their service bay was fully booked, but head over and he’d see what he could do. In less than 5 hours issue was diagnosed, parts obtained from their separate warehouse, repair completed, and vehicle test drive done. Jeffrey was incredibly kind and professional at a time when this level of service is rare. Did I mention he delivered water for our dog as we waited at the umbrella shaded picnic table? Kudos to Farrish for providing quality service, and Jeffrey we can’t thank you enough for getting us back on the road!

Love our new 2021 charger. Everyone was amazing. We showed up at quiting time not realizing it. They stayed and we went home with this beautiful ride. Thanks so much gentleman your a amazing team. I will tell everyone about you and I will be there for my next vehicle. 🙂

Great experience shopping for a pre-owned Jeep with salesman Carl and manager Drew. They respected my time, and respected what I was looking for and could pay. I shopped around at over a dozen other dealerships, but these guys were the most professional and respectful by far. So happy with my "new" Jeep from Farrish!
