RAYUS Radiology

Overall, good service from this imaging center. I arrived in the evening, and while the receptionist could have been a bit faster, overall she was nice and polite. The imaging technician was nice and polite, too, and I tried to have a small chat with her. I requested that she tell the doctor about some health issues that were bothering me, and she wrote them down for the doctor to look at. The facilities were good and clean. They have free coffee and tea.

Rayus radiology center, was Insight Radiology before. The location is in the basement which has a private elevator for it. As for the experience, I was impressed by the kindness and dedication of the staff here. They were very kind and respectful to everyone.
Although they have slightly lower prices, I found their services better than other radiology centers. The CT scan technician was patient and caring. They care about the health of the person rather than just doing the job.
The only negative comment I might say and causing the one star deduction is the wait. The lady who made the appointment gave me the wrong time so I went early and was in the waiting room for 45min. Luckily, they have coffee and tea for people who are waiting.
I covered the features of the people in the CT scan room picture for privacy reasons but I wanted to show the size of the machine and the room.
