(October 18, 2018, 1:24 pm)My father received care from Grace Home Healthcare, LLC for both skilled and non-skilled services. They were very cooperative and willing to accommodate the needs of my father and the rest of the family. They had nurses and caregivers out almost immediately after my father was discharged from the hospital.
Despite having schedule issues and days that caregivers took off for personal reasons, they always managed to find someone to replace the shifts. In the case that no caregiver was able to make it as a replacement, I was amazed to see one of the office staff show up to make sure my father had assistance with his ADLs.
The thing that I liked the most about this company was the responsiveness of their service. They are always quick to respond and coordinate needs even on weekends or even after office hours which is critical to patients who may need help right away. -
